Return and Refund Policy for Mission Tuning, LLC

Hardware Products (M-Link)

  • 30-Day Return Policy: Customers may return the M-Link hardware within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging. Returns must be post marked within 30 days of receipt.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 30% of the original purchase price will be charged on all returns.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the returned product. Returns must be shipped with insured delivery. Mission Tuning, LLC is not responsible for any loss or damage during the return shipment.
  • Used Products: Any M-Link product that has been used is not eligible for return.
  • Warranty: The M-Link device comes with a 30-day warranty covering defects in material and workmanship under normal use. After the warranty period, please contact us for any repair inquiries.

Software Products

  • No Cancellations or Refunds: All software products are custom-designed and locked to the user-provided VIN number. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • VIN Locked Items: Any software requiring a VIN number is considered a final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless otherwise posted.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return for an M-Link product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@missiontuning.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Wait for our team to provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Include your RMA number with your return package to ensure the return is processed as quickly as possible.
  4. Send your package to the address provided by our support team.
  5. Credit is issued within 3 business of item inspections.

Please note, returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Misrepresented returns (such as returning used M-link) will get no refund credit amd will be disposed.
