Return and Refund Policy for Mission Tuning, LLC
Hardware Products (M-Link)
- 30-Day Return Policy: Customers may return the M-Link hardware within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 30% of the original purchase price will be charged on all returns.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for securely packaging and returning the product via insured shipping. Mission Tuning, LLC is not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipment.
- Used Products: Any M-Link product that has been used is not eligible for return.
- Warranty: The M-Link device comes with a 30-day warranty covering defects in material and workmanship under normal use. After the warranty period, please contact us for repair inquiries.
Software Products
- No Cancellations or Refunds: All software products are custom-designed and locked to the user-provided VIN number. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- VIN Locked Items: Software requiring a VIN number is considered a final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless otherwise specified.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return for an M-Link product, please:
- Contact our support team at https://missiontuning.com/contact-us with your order number and reason for the return.
- Await an RMA number from our team.
- Include the RMA number with your return package to ensure quick processing.
- Ship your package to the address provided by our support team.
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days after inspection.
Note: Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Misrepresented returns (such as returning a used M-Link) will not receive a refund and will be disposed of.
